Beyond design, we produce photoreal architectural renderings — for our own projects and on commission for architects, builders, and developers. Exteriors, interiors, and aerials, rendered to sell a home long before ground is broken.
We design buildings from first sketch through construction — single-family homes alongside commercial and mixed-use, civic and cultural projects. Each one is conceived to be distinctive — proportioned, sited, and detailed deliberately — then documented precisely and coordinated across structure, systems, interiors, and code, so it can be built without guesswork.
Our work spans Mediterranean and Spanish revival estates and contemporary shingle-style homes through offices and mixed-use complexes, amphitheatres, museums and civic landmarks — across New York, New Jersey, Panama, and beyond, alongside an architectural visualization practice producing the renderings shown here. The throughline is the same in every project: design worth building, and drawings good enough to build it.
Founded by Michael Bassan. Projects 01–05 were developed as Project Architect at Warren Meister Architects, carried from design through documentation and construction.
